A four-year renewal program based on age, failures and maintenance cost reduced annual maintenance by about NT$13 million.
Medical & laboratory refrigerators
Joint review approved 29 of 33 requests and consolidated ten specifications into shared standards.
Small electrical medical devices
Shared inventories, consolidated maintenance and standardized procurement reduce complexity and strengthen backup capacity.
MAIN HOSPITAL + 7 BRANCHES
Shared standards, local adaptation, two-way feedback.
Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Yuanshan, Su’ao, Yuli, Fenglin and Taitung branch hospitals operate as local nodes under shared standards, local adaptation and two-way feedback. When staffing, equipment failures or service continuity create risk, the main hospital rapidly forms a mission-based support team.
